Service Description
A 2- 2.5 hour appointment in the comfort of your own home or online, at a date and time that suit you and your birth partner At this appointment we will go through your birth preferences with me using a personalised template. You will have a chance to discuss and ask questions regarding place of birth, pain relief, preferences for stages of labour, likely scenarios/curveballs, navigating the NHS system, how to advocate, infant feeding and immediate afterbirth care. If you have chosen to do hypnobirthing with me, we can also recap your hypnobirthing techniques if you wish. I can also refer you on trusted other services available to you in the local area such as infant feeding support, mum help, personalised postpartum support and much more! This can be an additional service to your Antenatal Preparation or bought as a standalone service.
