​Medical Disclaimer for Baby Massage & Yoga:
The information provided in the sessions is not medical advice. It is not intended to act as a substitute for professional medical advice. The massage routine is intended for used with healthy children without a diagnosed health condition. If your child have a diagnosed or suspected medical condition please obtain the consent of your health professional before commencing on this programme. Always seek the advice of your Doctor or Health Visitor with any questions you may have in relation to the health of your baby.

Booking Forms:
Booking forms must be completed prior to the sessions starting. It is up to the student to alert Glowing & Growing of any allergies/medical or additional needs.

Photography:
Photography may be used in some sessions and Glowing & Glowing will be respectful of parents wishes within the sessions. We reserve the right to use photos for social media, marketing and advertising purposes.  All photos will be kept within our Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy:  
- 50% deposit is required to secure a place and is non-refundable.
- Full payment is required within 1 week of the course start date - a reminder email/text will be sent.
- If booking within a week of the course start date - full payment is required and non-refundable.
- If you need to leave the course for any reason once the course has begun, we are unable to refund or defer your course place.
- If you cannot attend a day of the course, a session plan will be emailed to you on what was covered within the session and further support offered via email/phone.

Course cancellation by Glowing & Growing:
Glowing & Growing reserves the right to cancel the course at any time. If the course is cancelled prior to the course beginning, the sessions may be rescheduled. If students cannot attend the new session dates then a full refund will be given. If Glowing & Growing cancel part-way through the sessions, Glowing & Growing will reschedule the remaining sessions and if this is not possible a full refund will be made.
