Service Description
Baby Massage is a gentle, holistic practice supporting babies and their caregivers through the fourth trimester and beyond. Using mindful touch and age-appropriate movement, these sessions nurture connection, bonding and emotional security while supporting physical and nervous system development. Research suggests that Baby Massage can be beneficial in these ways; - Enhance the bond between mother and baby - This intimate time of calm can help uplift the mood of the parent/caregiver - May help to support weight gain in pre-term infants - Aid babies to relax and promote better sleep - Aid relief from colic - It can help with digestive issues such as constipation - Techniques to aid alleviation from pain (i.e. teething) Baby Massage can be completed from 4 weeks of age to pre-crawling and run over a 5 week consecutive period Do not worry if your baby cries, is asleep, needs feeding or a change in the class. Please see to your babies needs and we will just go with the flow! This is a safe space for you and your baby and we will follow your baby's lead. Twins/Multiples are very welcome, however it is recommended to bring a companion for support in carrying out the techniques Group sessions will be a maximum of 8 and all caregivers are welcome - mums, dads, nanny's and foster parents too!

If your child have a diagnosed or suspected medical condition please obtain the consent of your health professional before commencing on this programme. Always seek the advice of your Doctor or Health Visitor with any questions you may have in relation to the health of your baby Booking Forms: Booking forms must be completed prior to the sessions starting. It is up to the student to alert Glowing & Growing of any allergies/medical or additional needs. Photography: Photography may be used in some sessions and Glowing & Glowing will be respectful of parents wishes within the sessions. We reserve the right to use photos for social media, marketing and advertising purposes. All photos will be kept within our Privacy Policy. Refund Policy: - £25 deposit is required to secure a place and is non-refundable - Full payment is required within 1 week of the course start date - a reminder email/text will be sent - If booking within a week of the course start date - full payment is required and non-refundable - If you need to leave the course for any reason once the course has begun, we are unable to refund or defer your course place - If you cannot attend a day of the course, a session plan will be emailed to you on what was covered within the session and further support offered via email/phone Course cancellation by Glowing & Growing: Glowing & Growing reserves the right to cancel the course at any time. If the course is cancelled prior to the course beginning, the sessions may be rescheduled. If students cannot attend the new session dates then a full refund will be given. If Glowing & Growing cancel part-way through the sessions, Glowing & Growing will reschedule the remaining sessions and if this is not possible a full refund will be made.
